Rock The Vote—And Red, White & Blue, Too

We're not sure when it started, but the Election Day selfie is officially a thing. So is the Election Day outfit—scroll through your social media feeds today and you'll undoubtedly turn up a slew of red, white, and blue ensembles, typically adorned with the "I Voted" sticker. It would be easy to criticize the selfie-ers for making a day that's about participating in something larger into something about self-love, instead. But, to do so would be a missing the impact. Election Day photo-ops and patriotic outfits send a message: caring about your country's future is cool, and can be celebrated in a way that's fun (Lil Jon and the #TurnOutForWhat crew know a little bit about this).
