Tired of toting along the same old chips and beer to your summer picnics and rooftop parties? Fear not! "Wet Hot OC Summer" is upping the ante with simple cocktail how-tos. This week, we met with Isa in Williamsburg.
On the south side of Williamsburg you'll find Isa in all its glory. While the menu changes constantly, the Brooklyn-meets-country-kitchen feel and inventive cocktails remain tried and true. I met with Ginger, the brains (and brawn) behind the OC-exclusive cocktail, the Cameroon Cooler. Made with simply watermelon and Campari, this beach-ready cocktail is a classy upgrade on your average vodka watermelon.
