Designer Mark McNairy's shows are famous for being unconventional. Last year, Cam'ron showed up in a cape, and this year, Travi$ Scott walked––or rather, leaped––down the runway. OC's Sean Risley also modeled for his second season, strutting with a signature Heineken bottle in hand. Here, his dispatch from the show.
Mark McNairy and I first met at Ben’s Pizza in Soho, a neighborhood mainstay that also made an appearance in one of my favorite films, Men in Black II. Since then, we’ve worked together on a few lookbooks, and now, two runway shows. Mark’s a man of few words, but his clothes speak volumes. He has great taste in music (and an eclectic circle of mutual friends) and very entertaining Twitter and Instagram accounts. His shows have an “anything goes” feel to them; nobody knows really what will happen or who might show up. Check out these snaps (and more of my Fashion Week highlights) above!

Favorite thing to pass by when going to any shows near the Pier; No fashion week would be complete without running into Tommy Ton; Aphex Twin graffiti throughout the city; celebrating Terrill's 39th birthday
Travi$ Scott; Travi$ at fitting; my favorite look from the fitting; backstage prepping at the show
"Whatever"; Mark and Ryder backstage at the show; models endorsed by Heineken; McNasty at the showroom
Travi$ Scott and me; Never Trust A Hippie (Sex Pistols reference); big hats are in; Nick Wooster and me
Snaps of me at the show in big hats. In the lower right photo I'm wearing what's actually called the "Big-Ass Hat"
