OC x LFW: Roksanda Ilincic SS14

Roksanda Ilincic sent yet another beautiful, ultra-feminine collection down the runway yesterday, set high in the skies inside a vacant building by London Bridge. The tone of the collection matched the bright London morning, and provided a feast for the eyes in vibrant color-blocked silk. Roksanda's trademark mid-length dresses and A-line skirts covered the models' bodies with graphic blocks of yellow, green, orange, and muted grey. Delicious flashes of neon also appeared on the models' patent shoes. Then, for the final few looks, all the color was withdrawn as the show closed with a selection of elegant black dresses with intricate cutout details and floral crystal embellishments. Not one to ever hold back from creating the most opulent and exquisite piece possible, Roksanda gave her newest collection that little extra experimental edge that made it one of her most exciting yet.
