Although it is nominally spring in New York, we're still thinking about coats. So the bounty of perfect outerwear on show at Leigh this week in Seoul hit a sweet spot. The brand is new to OC for spring and has emerged as one of Korea's most hotly tipped menswear labels over the last few seasons. As usual, for Fall/Winter 2013, the collection was all clean cuts and impeccable textiles. Lapel-less blazers, tailored pullovers, and turned-up pants kept the silhouette lean and mean, while nubby tweeds and shearling looked cozy to the max.
After the show, menswear buyer Jesse and OC Online's Joyce headed to the Leigh showroom, where designer Sang Hyun Leigh pulled out his favorite pieces. Every winter wardrobe should contain a bomber, a longline jacket, and a puffer, and Leigh's picks just happen to be one of each.
