In the bustle before New York Fashion Week, we dispatched cameras to a handful of OC designers. The aim: to see how many snacks, coffee runs, and late-night pizzas go into making a collection. So now that we've seen what came down the catwalks, it's time to take a peek behind the scenes!
Having launched their Spring/Summer 2013 collection with OC just last week, the team at Proper Gang sent us some behind-the-scenes shots straight from the set of their Fall/Winter 2013 lookbook shoot. Pugs, some A$AP Rocky, and a little party crashing is all it takes, and of course, the gang.

Gillian Tozer: Please describe the Fall/Winter collection:
Max Vanderwoude Gross: A clearer evolution of the brand. My friend who runs Garmento Zine described it as, "minimal casual wear with a couture crispness... it's both obtusely masculine as well as super feminine, by way of 50s Balenciaga and Dior."
GT: Who did you cast for the look book and why?
MVG: Christopher Wetmore. I felt he had the certain attitude and edge that fits our brand.
GT: If the FW13 collection had a theme song, what would it be?
MVG: "Suddenly" by A$AP Rocky. It was on the playlist at the shoot and is reminiscent of what a contemporary Dead Prez jam might sound like.
GT: How will you relax, now that fashion week is over?
MVG: The grind never stops but I've been trying to hang with friends that I haven't had time to chill with in a while. I need to get out of the city but I'm not sure where or when yet.
