A thick, pungent layer of smoke hung over the set of the Highland Fall/Winter '13 show today. Seemingly dazed models, sipping PBRs and munching on Doritos, lazed about what might resemble the living room of your college days—complete with lava lamps, a rock climbing wall, and a neon bong (the source of that mysterious smoke).
Practical outerwear and comfy knits were styled with Southwestern and tie-dye prints making for a diverse collection that is perfect for those who like to mix and match. Long underwear and socks worn with sandals completed the mellow, ski bum look. Highland is prompting us to tie our bandanas tight, go with the flow, and, as one shirt reads, get high as the sky.
