It's been a while since linen vests have been seen around. There's something very Melrose Place, or photo of your mom from the early 90s, about them. But the minimal cuts and all-natural fabrics of 69's new collection remind me that both Melrose Place and my mom got a lot of things right. Bring on the boxy pocket tees and airy dresses. Every single one of these pieces, denim bikini included, looks so extremely comfortable, but without ignoring nice details. I love the denim baseball shirt, ingenious apron-like top with side ties, and the cotton cap with a bandana-style knot at the back. Plus, boys can wear them too. AND the materials feel as soft as they look. Win, win, win.
