Yesterday, Hentsch Man's Alexia Hentsch and Max Von Hurter presented a Fall/Winter 2013 collection at their Covent Garden pop-up shop, where they showed their signature subtle tailoring in classic, muted tones (black and white, browns, greys, and greens) but with a geometric twist. Set against a jubilant backdrop of cartoon-like drawings and scribbles, the presentation possessed an optimistic vibe. Even the tattooed models cracked grins and smiles, perfectly complementing the playful patterns peeking out from between the lapels. The patterns themselves Alexia sought out from vintage print houses in London. With the collection's classic woven herringbones and Prince of Wales checks, the looks struck the perfect balance between elegant and tongue-in-cheek, like an irreverent Don Draper.
