With the 2012 summer Olympics happening as well as the launch of our adidas Originals x Opening Ceremony collaboration collection, we're feeling sportier than ever! In our "Let's Get Physical" series, we checked in with friends of OC to find out what they do to stay in shape.

During the 80s, fitness was all about Jane Fonda and her legwarmers, in the 90s many of us let out all of our aggro via Tae Bo, and the 2000s re-introduced us to Bikram. These days, just to bring you up speed, the latest fitness phenomenon is SoulCycle. Not familiar? Search SoulCycle (or soul cycle [sic]) on Twitter and you’ll begin to understand this NY-based obsession. So where's the beef? Is it just like spinning? Nuh-uh! It’s a full-body workout situation (bringing in push-ups, squats, and weights) while your legs spin around like crazy! Add in a candelit stuido, awesome music, and motivational vibes from the instructor, and you have yourself a fitness experience. OC gal pals Audrey and Joana got physical with SoulCycle instructor Kym last week. (Should you ever feel the need to eat those Ho Hos again, let Kym be your inspiration.) Peep the pics from the shoot and read about Audrey and Joana's workout essentials below.
