Canadian cutie Arielle de Pinto introduced her bold signature aesthetic to the world in 2007, simultaneously reintroducing us to crochet. This year, the designer teamed up with her friends at all-female European art collective LVMM to create a range of elasticated crochet platforms.
Each shoe is made by hand in Arielle's Montreal studio. The designer made her name with her gothic crocheted metal jewelry, but here she blends polyester and rubber for stretchy straps, and cut each thick striped platform from a block of high-density orthopedic foam! Here they are in all their color-blocked, 90s-infused glory.
