Graduations, weddings, spring formals, Met Balls… 'Tis the season to look fancy! While there are enough pretty dresses to go 'round, there's a good chance you’ll be sick of repeating your favorites by July. So it’s time to get creative! This week I found a way to make even a pair of jeans look nearly black tie-ready. This top by Argentine favorite Maria Pryor is one of those transformative pieces that makes girls visibly feel different once they put it on.
