Every season, Scott Sternberg, top dog at Band of Outsiders, initiates a new member to star in the collection's lookbook. Previous headliners have included Rupert Grint, Tom Felton, and Andrew Garfield, and this season it's living art legend Ed Ruscha. Shot on location at his Los Angeles studio, the Spring/Summer 2012 lookbook captures Ed hanging out in his garage, doing Sudoku, and (in my favorite scene) reading Acrylic Painting for Dummies—all while wearing the lightweight anoraks, pajama-esque shirting, and patchwork Top-Siders of the spring collection.
