You can't put a price on beauty. Take it from a Korean-born girl: True beauty gurus—the kind that are Instagrammed on the regular with unreal, porcelain skin—swear by their daily, oftentimes stringent, routines. Everyone seems to focus on the 10-Step Korean Beauty Play-By-Play, but us girls are just as focused on what we eat and drink. We suggest you start easy and take notes on four very simple DIY secrets, courtesy of Korean actress (and former Miss Universe contender) Lee Ha-nui aka Honey Lee, from the country's crazy-popular TV show, Get It Beauty

1. Drink That "Shrek" Juice
"When I want to lose four or five pounds in a healthy way, I drink this Shrek juice for breakfast. It's filling and it contains tons of fiber. When you are on a diet, you may have issues with your bowels and this drink prevents that problem! It also works well for a detox. I also add apple juice for a sweet taste and freshly-squeezed lemon to reduce the bitter taste and smell of kale."
*Shrek juice (aka green juice) ingredients: spinach, kale, celery, cucumbers, apples, bananas, tomatoes, apple juice, and lemon

2. Nuke Your Own Fruit And Veggie Chips
"My favorite chips are tangerines, oranges, carrot, lotus roots, pumpkin sweet potato, purple sweet potato, and garlic. Tangerine and orange peels contain a lot of Vitamin C; it's very effective for winter cold prevention. As for the carrots, the carotene generates antioxidant reaction to regenerate skin cells! Also—if you eat lotus roots regularly, it can help with generating blood. Pumpkin sweet potato has enough plant based-fiber, so it prevents constipation, while purple sweet potato contains of Vitamin C and E, which helps anti-aging."
*How to make: Just slice raw ingredients into thin, bite-sized portions and stick into the microwave. It only takes five minutes for them to dehydrate.

3. Raw Ginseng And Honey Are BFFs
"I slice raw ginseng and soak it in a jar of honey, overnight. When I'm hungry, I just eat the slices out of the jar or take a few spoonfuls and mix in hot water, and then drink as a tea. Ginseng calms the nerves; it's best for people who get cold easily and those with weak digestive systems.

4. The New Coconut Water: Green Plum Syrup And Pellegrino
"When you are feeling bloated or have to fight a craving at night on an empty stomach, drink this as your secret weapon! Just add a few drops of green plum syrup in seltzer water or sparkling water. The green plum activates the liver and kidneys to decode your body. It also contains a great deal of natural citric acid to help recover from fatigue."Get it Beauty star Honey Lee has the secrets to fighting cravings, "decoding your body," and making your own DIY vegetable chips. We're down.
