It's that mushy-gushy time of year... again. Hate it or love it, Valentine's Day is a few winks away, as is the trending Fifty Shades of Grey premiere along with a heady right-swipe Tinder binge. With boo thangs dashing to the nearest Hallmark gift shop, now seems a good time to check up on our fave Opening Ceremony couples in love.
Here, OC Stylist Kindall Almond elaborates on romance with Austin Sandhaus. Who says champagne and red Kool-Aid don't make for a memorable Valentine's Day?

OPENING CEREMONY: How long have you been together?
KINDALL ALMOND: We've been together for almost a year and a half.
Best Valentine's Day memory?
KA: We've only had one Valentine's Day together so far. Last year, Austin showed up at my apartment with a bottle of champagne and some red Kool-Aid. That's romantic enough for me
AUSTIN SANDHAUS: You could say I was feeling inspired.
Who is the better cook?
KA: We both can only really cook stirfry. And soup—we're really good at making soup.
AS: I think my pizzas rock. However, they're severely deformed.
Any pet names?
KA: Everyone in our life is just "baby." Even her brother calls me that.
AS: Yeah, but the intention is different...
Let's go shopping! What kind of stuff would you love to receive for V-Day?
KA: Matching Delfina Delettrez Eye Earrings. When we starting dating, "Hold On, We're Going Home" was always on the radio. (Get it? "I've got my eyes on you.") We'd also love the Maison Michel Boyfriend Hat—or girlfriend hat—for our trip to Amman this March.
Define modern-day romance?
KA: I think we try to keep our romance kind of old-school. We like going out to dinner and the movies instead of staying home and ordering Seamless while watching Netflix.
Is there an art to the couple selfie?
KA: Both of us getting one with our eyes open is an art in and of itself.
PDA: cheesy or permissible?
KA: One-sided, usually from me.
AS: I love it, but in certain settings I admit I feel uncomfortable and have to fend her off (cue big smile).
Secret to lasting love?
KA: Giving each other the space to be successful and creative on our own, but still working well together."I think we try to keep our romance kind of old-school," says OC stylist Kindall Almond. "We like going out to dinner and the movies instead of staying home and ordering Seamless while watching Netflix."
