Call us crazy, but Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa... it seems like those frontrunners get the marquee, and New Year's Eve ends with the short stick. Why is it that December 31 rings in like an afterthought, and we just wind up with the canned response: "My New Year's was sh*tty—how was yours?" But your friends at OC want to change that.
