Furthering his mission to keep Toronto on the world’s cultural radar, actor-turned-rapper Drake, alongside his record label-turned-lifestyle-brand October’s Very Own (his birthday is October 24), has collaborated with another beloved Canadian staple, Canada Goose, to bring you a capsule collection that’ll have you looking your best during Mother Nature’s worst this winter.
Rugged, yet refined, this capsule fuses two of Canada Goose’s signature, cold-weather-ready designs with OVO’s unique, fine-tuned hip-hop essence. And while each piece was designed using lighter-than-air nylon technology printed with black and grey digital camouflage print, heavy-duty brass hardware, and custom OVO logos placed throughout, they each have their own respective strong point. First, the OVO Freestyle Vest would serve best as an overlay to a button-down or long-sleeved sweater on chilly days (without precipitation), and the OVO Chilliwack Bomber, with its coyote fur-trimmed hood and double fleece-lined pockets, is able to withstand temperatures down to -4 degrees!
