Wake Up In Chiang Mai With AWAVEAWAKE

Designer Jaclyn Hodes launched AWAVEAWAKE in an effort to start a conversation about ethical fashion and conscious sourcing. As a practicing Kundalini yogi, she strives to bring change to the fashion world with a production process that takes into consideration both long-term environmental impact and maximum social benefit. For Spring/Summer 2014, she remains close to nature, elegantly crafting flowing, lightweight garments constructed using sustainably sourced fabrics and all-natural, plant-based dyes inspired by the Thai city of Chiang Mai. Her love of full-length, 1970s silhouettes is seen throughout the collection and its slip dresses in vibrant springtime hues of pinks, peaches, and purples.
