Risto Bimbiloski is a busy man; when he's not working on his eponymous line RISTO, he's the head knitwear designer for Kenzo. Because of his work he travels a ton, so it seems fitting that he would dedicate a season to the best place you could dream of being after a busy day/week/month: home. Home is different for everyone; for me it's a cuddly dog and a series to marathon on Netflix (when does House of Cards come back?!). To Risto, the idea of home is epitomized by a comfortable chair, ample cozy blankets, and a view of the sun setting. Translating this into a collection means ladylike shapes, dusky blues and shimmery pinks, and patterns inspired by vintage southwestern-style blankets. Cropped trousers, roomy bomber jackets, and shapely dresses make you feel as comfortable in your clothes as you do in a big pile of quilts. Home is where the Risto is!
