Kalifornia Dreaming with the Kenzo Kalifornia Bag

Take a trip up the Pacific Coast Highway with Kenzo's new bag series, the Kalifornia! Named after Carol and Humberto's home state, the bag was envisioned by the creative director duo to suit an on-the-go lifestyle, undoubtedly inspired by their penchant for traveling. When asked what went into the development of the bag's details, Carol said that they wanted to incorporate pieces of things that they love, like the bold zippers on a favorite leather jacket and the laid-back vibe of California, to create an accessory that isn't fussy but still looks put-together. "It's something we've been wanting to do for awhile," she explained, "And it worked out well to introduce it for the cruise collection." Indeed, the classic black, poppy red, and oceanic blue colors of the new bags perfectly suit the poolside-cool Kenzo cruise collection (online soon!). It's a dreary January here in NYC, but we're Kalifornia dreaming with our new bags.
