OC x LFW: Ryan Lo SS14

Ryan Lo's trademark romantic fantasy girl walked the runway at Fashion East's Spring/Summer 2014 show looking for love. By day, she's a domestic goddess, playing housewife and fluttering around in her crocheted house cape. Cute candy tweeds and dusty pink brocades evoked the innocence and optimism of a woman in search of domestic bliss. Sweetness was translated into dresses that resembled cake tiers, and sweaters were covered in kawaii-style strawberries and illustrated piglets. By night, however, her animal spirit emerges and the leopard fur bikini and cheeky animal ears and tails come out. Sugar, spice, and all things nice––but just a little bit naughty too.
