We've all been there: that looming deadline and still so much to do. One year during finals week, I was running on probably 11 hours of sleep total between Monday and Friday. I remember purposely not looking in the mirror and just throwing on whatever before my exams. As a graduate of the Royal Academy in Antwerp and a professor of fashion design in Berlin, it seems only natural that Stephan Schneider would dedicate a season to burning the midnight oil. His Fall/Winter 2013 collection, "At Both Ends," features a candle motif, driving the reference home literally. Stephan's consistently flattering, classic shapes are made with fabrics that are produced in-house, showing that he pays as much attention to detail and takes as much pride in his work as a student working on finals. The result is an effortless, simple look that is easy to put together even if you're running on an hour's sleep.
