Yesterday, the OC crew boarded the Freedom, docked at New York's Chelsea Piers, for a very special presentation of the Opening Ceremony Resort 2014 collection. In between suppressing flashbacks to Season 3 of Arrested Development (cut to: Lucille Bluth's epic hijacking of the Queen Mary), we sipped on Casa Dragones tequila and munched on snacks while making mental wishlists of our Resort wardrobes-to-be. Said dream closets include powdery blues and greens, sparkly floral beading, flared skirts, boxy cuts, and touches of traditional Korean garment detailing. Taking its inspiration from this year's featured country (Korea!) and East Asian architecture, the collection makes subtle references to hanbok robes, hamachi patchwork, and ancient armor. Have a look for yourself, full steam ahead.
