A Little Pick Me Up at Somerset House, London

On Wednesday night, I popped down the road from the store to check out London's graphic art festival, Pick Me Up, at Somerset House. Now in its fourth year, the 11-day event celebrates contemporary graphic art, illustration, and design. Munching on tasty treats supplied by one of our fave eateries Fernandez & Wells, I checked out Pick Me Up Selects, the first section of the exhibition. This platform showcases emerging talent, which includes graphic novelist William Goldsmith, doodle-bomber Hattie Stewart, and art director Anna Lomax. The live wallpaper series by Dalston-based collective Print Club London is also worth checking out. This work-in-progress piece has been running for the past week and includes contributions from a select group of artists. Swing by this weekend!
