Back for 2013: Raf Simons x Fred Perry

Raf and Fred are back! That sounds like the long-awaited third Bill and Ted movie. It's not. But it's just as good. This spring, the design double threat that is Raf Simons x Fred Perry regroups to create its eighth collaborative collection. Titled "Collage," the Spring/Summer 2013 offering manipulates traditional patterns to eye-popping effect: Fred Perry's classic laurel shirts appear in windowpane check, leopard, and floral prints remade in Raf's famously dazzling colors. The collection is also about layering, and so pique polos and cable-knit sweaters come with detachable contrast collars, patterned on one side and plain on the other.
