OC x NYFW: Jeremy Scott FW13

So as the paps were busy freaking out over Big Sean, Waka Flaka, Perez Hilton, and A$AP Rocky at the Jeremy Scott show, a 7-year-old boy sitting front row totally diverted my attention. Not only was he the youngest person in the audience (I guess last year's front row fixture, Swizz and Alicia's baby, really opened the flood gates), but his tee kinda said it all: "Adults suck and then you are one."

Well as it happens, this kid totally turned it out in a look from Jeremy’s Fall 2013 collection to the Fall 2013 show. (Major! Who are you?) And before you start agreeing with the slogan, let's think about the exception to this rule: It totally does not suck to be Jeremy Scott. Anyone who has ever attended one of his fashion shows knows they are the most smile-enducing spectacle of New York Fashion Week ––and this one was no different.

This season, the ladies were giving us Madge in Desperately Seeking Susan (with a Joan Jet haircut), and the boys looked like her fictional high school boyfriend who worked at Trash and Vaudeville, but who was also down with the kids who skated at Tompkins Square Park. Next to the Jeremy collection in his closet might also be a Suicidal Tendencies cap, and maybe he has a Skate Fast Die sticker on his deck too.

Best couple ever? Maybe. If there’s one thing we know for sure, it's that they're having fun. Check out the super time we had backstage and front row!
