Last weekend I took a spiritual walkabout around the island of Barbados. I spent four days hiking most of the island's perimeter, sleeping on the beach, and eating snow cones and fresh marlin. I landed Friday morning with only my backpack, a passport, a toothbrush, a camera, and the clothes on my back. It was a nice early break from the beginning of a frigid NYC winter—I took in the beautiful beaches, the picturesque sunsets, and 85-degree temperatures with open arms!
