OC x PFW: Carven FW13

For Fall/Winter 2013 the bony, bookish, Peter Pan-collared Carven schoolboy makes his foray into adulthood with grown-man intrigue all while preserving his boyish charm. Guillaume Henry's expertly tailored collection of sharp jackets, buttondowns, and cableknits strays from the trop sérieux with some daring details, like curveball cuts (oh hey, trousers cropped below the knee––a rehash of traditional 50s ski gear), electric blues, Jolly Rancher reds, and a mottled caramel print that recalls the perfect crème brûlée.
