Doctor's orders! When you need to strongly recommend something to your Korean friends, the phrase kang choo is your BFF. As in: "If you want to keep up-to-date with what's going on, reading the OC blog is kang choo, duhhh!" (And that very wise suggestion is certainly not one we are going to argue with.)
